Sock Wars II, the 411
Wow! I am getting tons of hits about sock wars from my post about last year's event. This year I participated but didn't even post about it. I'll post my death socks soon (I didn't win, but I lasted pretty long in the competition).
Apparently the Wall Street Journal picked up the story and published it on the front page of their website which, of course, has stirred up interest. You can check out the article here.
If you are interested more information about Sock Wars, you can join the Yahoo Group to be put on the notification list for the next tournament in the Spring. I do not have any additional information, nor am I the moderator or group organizer.

Happy Holidays!!!
Well, I've really done it this time. I've launched a professional organizing business. Hiring an organizer is a great thing for knitters (as well as for members of the general population)... an organizer can help you eeek out more minutes in your day, and more minutes equals more time to knit! Please visit me on the web, and sign up for my free newsletter: Organize Today.

I've already made the paper. Look here: http://www.readmetro.com/show/en/Philadelphia/20071227/1/18/
Please feel free to put a link to the new site on your blogs and web pages... the power of knitters in the blog world is awesome and would really be a great boost to this new endeavor.
Thanks.
